The reason for my idea was so other people can check other nations easily. My idea was suposed to be useful for the ordinary player as well as the GM

Sounds like CivRP or something One thing I noticed in TWs, the more complicated the details are... the more difficult it will be for the players and the GM to keep track of. Why do you think this game GW (or call it CivRP) do need so much more details than TWs? What do you hope to accomplish with this? And which portions does helps with the goal? And which portuons doesn't help you achieve your goal? Not trying to be negative but I want to help you form a more solid design by thinking of hard questions and second guessing to give a better answer. Oops, I never noticed this post. The reason why it has so many details is because 1. I want to test everyones limits. 2. Theres a test you need to pass to play, so it should be knowledgeable people only. 3. If we do what Xakire suggested it should be easy.

Because when there is a detail, people may find different ways to apply that detail in their turns. Conflicting applications creates salt in the midst of ambiguous rules. Likewise, a detail is an opportunity to miss something someone did, thus disagreement, thus salt may or may not happen. Or in short - Probability is the measure of the likelihood that an event will occur. I would say that each feature has its own individual probability of salt-creation. So, more details equals higher combined probability of salt-creation. Not all feature in a TW or GW are made equal. I will give you that. The salt-prone probability of a feature varies, make a note of that.

Or at least if you push the piles of details so high on each players, they would be so insanely busy with their own details and they couldn't afford to explode in salt about someone else's moves. I lol'ed at that thought.
