I don't know much about the history of the Napoleonic wars but i thought napoleon was a really good general/leader and he isn't great in this game. His skills are mixed and don't really complement like some other generals.
i'm kinda disappointed that he is weaker than quite a few of the good tier 3 generals and princesses. What do you think?

If he deserves to be the strongest, he should be given assault and defence art with leadership and banner or geography. That way, he can be used on any unit and still be good. He will be the strongest hybrid general.

He will be the strongest hybrid general. In my Mod, if I revive it successfully, he will have those skills, and jacked-up stars

Btw, does the (i think max) 40 business stars mean that things are like almost free?

6 is plenty, i think, just so long as he can be better than every other arty general

He was a good general but he wasn't that good. I wouldn't give him 6 stars. I mean he should have know only the Mongol's can invade Russia and get away with it.

And he is. He's good enough as he is I don't think he needs any more stars. In fact, he should have his navy stars taken away as he didn't care much about the navy. He had a lot of similarities to Hitler as far as military decisions go.

Hitler had zero knowledge of Strategy and Tactics Napoleon rose as a soldier and General, Hitler was a politician

Also, Napoleon had some Navy command experience working with Brueys on the Egyptian Expedition
