What year is it? I wanted to add that Napoleon could've invaded India in 1798 had Egypt fallen, he could've teamed with Tipu Sultan to fight and drive back the British. This could've changed Indian history forever but eh..... Sherman started with 1812, so from it to nowadays what could happen. 1816, but eh, close enough. If someone else could make the storyline for me, id be very appreciative.

Sherman started with 1812, so from it to nowadays what could happen. 1816, but eh, close enough. If someone else could make the storyline for me, id be very appreciative. My personal timeline: 1808: The French under Lefebvre storm Zaragoza. Palafox is killed in the fight. The garrison is captured and the French suffer light casualties. Spanish morale plummets. Reding and Castanos is badly defeated at Bailen. Andalusia is secured. Cadiz and Seville fall. 1809: Soult entraps Sir John Moore's army at Corunna. Wellington comes to aid but is defeated at Talavera. Napoleon seizes the iniative and personally leads in Iberia. Austria declares war on France. More troops and generals are able to participate in the war. French suffer less casualties at Aspern-Essling. They win at Wagram. The whole force at the Walcheren Expedition is encircled and surrounded. 1810-1811: Massena succesfully takes Portugal. Wellington is driven out to the sea. Napoleon decides to marry a Spanish noble to stabilize the situation. Austria is enraged. Prussia, Austria, and Russia form a last-resort Sixth Coalition. Napoleon depletes their armies in Lutzen, Bautzen, and Dresden. Polish reinforcements arrive in time at Leipzig. The Sixth Coalition is defeated. Napoleon deploys even harsher terms on Prussia and Austria. Russia refuses to back down. 1811: Poniatowski becomes king of the newly-independent Poland. Russia plans to destroy the state. They declare war. 1812: Russians are defeated at Warsaw. Napoleon seizes the iniative and pursues the Russians. Trapped at Smolensk, the bulk of the Russians surrender. Napoleon employs large-scale pillaging to fill the Grande Armee's needs. Russians surrender out of sheer horror. 1813-1815: Now the most powerful man in Europe, Napoleon concentrates on rebuilding his fleet (side note: by 1813 the French navy was in pre-war size). They also give support to Denmark during the Gunboat war. The continental system is vigorously enforced. 1816: The British, realizing that the situation is no win-win, sues for peace. Parts of India are ceded to France. Quebec and Newfoundland too. 1817: The Treaty of Ghent failed previously due to Europe's situation. The British bring their ships to blockade America. Napoleon retakes Egypt. (To be continued....)

In addition to the canon timeline (not my timeline, forget about it).
1821: Napoleon I dies. The 10-year old Napoleon II raises to throne. Marmont, his tutor, becomes regent.
1833: Napoleon II abolishes slavery. The 22-year old conducts a visit to Haiti. Colonial control gets laxer.
1835: Francis II dies. Ferdinand I, the successor is removed from the Austrian throne due to incompetence. The issue of Austrian succession goes either to Napoleon II or Franz Joseph. Talleyrand and Metternich wage diplomatic war.
1836: Hapsburgs declare war on France due to the issue of succession. The Austrians are led by the experienced Archduke Charles. Napoleon II elects Soult to lead the army. Marmont advises him.
1837: The war becomes a statelemate in Bavaria. France and Austria declare a compromise where Napoleon II becomes regent as Franz Joseph is only 7 years old.
