How Rommel's death was preventable? Already the German's ordered him to get suicided or to be allowed for court martial- in such circumstances any good guy will accept their fate... Am I right, know?? 🧐🧐 Yeah you are right. But he could have refused to be involved in the assassination plot. Got it! Thanks Yi Sun Sin

A Question : Why did Hitler forced Rommel to commit suicide than? In a YouTube video, I only found that Rommel was participated indirectly in the assaintion (failed mission) of Hitler, the mission was called on when Germany was on the way of surrender, Hitler found that and ordered Rommel to do so...

A Question : Why did Hitler forced Rommel to commit suicide than? I read that he was approached for a plot and he said no, but he never reported that some people were plotting to assassinate hitler to his superiors, so he was forced to commit suicide for that. But if you read up, you can find that many generals like Von Rundstedt, Manstein, and Bock were also approached, so its begs the question why weren't they caught.

Why would he fear Rommel? Actually I don't know enough about African campaign😅😅 and Rommel was victorious to led axis there for some time and though Patton may not faced him but was well aware of his dids.. That's why I am asking what Patton feels about Rommel's presence

That's why I am asking what Patton feels about Rommel's presence Rommel was in charge of the Atlantic Wall, but there was no reason to be afraid of him on D-Day as he was celebrating his wife's birthday.
