Happens. In fact in WC4 are much more possibilities to get medals for playing (more scenarios, domination and so on), but no possibility to get them for doing nothing (medal wonders). Sure, you may not want to keep the phone turned on just farming, but anyway you get some extra medals just while playing. And also keep in mind that in wc3 each scenario gave you 150 medals, in wc4 only 90. True. There is no medal sink like the ion cannon. Even if you didn’t “need” it, it was still tempting to pump medals into it. You also had three more general slots with ECs. I don’t know. Seemed to me like medals came faster this time. In WC3 I had 8 gens: 3 ECs, Badoglio, Govorov, Vasilevsky, Guderian and Vatutin. And Bado I haven't fired just for fun, I haven't used him since got 6 another gens, Vasilevsky also was kept more like for fun, so in fact one perfect lineup was the best for almost anything. But in WC4 looks like all slots will be filled.

Saltin, the text is to big imo, it looks ridiculous on a mobile Yeah, it makes the other groups seem minor. Then again, being the fastest conquer ALSO requires a lot of hard work.

Saltin, the text is to big imo, it looks ridiculous on a mobile Ohh wow thanks for bringing this to my attention, I never tested it on the mobile view and it did look awful. Not exactly sure what the auto resize crazyness issue was on the mobile platform but untill I can figure it out it's back to the basics, I defaulted it back to a regular design. In any case it all will be redone again when the group decides on their new name.

Saltin, I like the text though, the new one seems to fit the RPs or the illuminati more. If you can get the original logo fixed, it would be very nice.

I like the lime green star colour, but the navy blue text colour is not suitable with the black EFC page BG colour IMO... or maybe it's cuz the bright colours of member username & stars make the text look darker.

Heavy naval missions call for at least three naval generals, though you won’t use more than one or two in most conquests. I had three naval generals plus Eisenhower and Yamamoto when I finished the last Domination stuff, and I still needed to put a couple of land generals in Cruisers. They are very heavy on Navy. I’d say 10 generals would give you the pick of the litter for any conquest. You may not always use a couple, but they would be situationally good to have.

They can add new Excersizes and Battles in an update. There were several new cities in Empire mode (a mode similar to Domination) in EW5 updates...

Yeah, and this is what makes me think, that medals in WC4 are bigger problem than in WC3. Just counted, adding new lvl 5 skill may cost around 1500 medals (not sure, as I have only 1 gen now, but something around this have to be ). So if we buy 12 A class gens, new skills for them will cost 36K. Upgrading existing skills will cost around 1K each, so another 36K. Also we need some medals to buy gens, it may be around 2K average, so 24K more. And also gens need rank promotion, which could be around 1500 medals for each, so that makes 18K medals more. In total we get around 104K medals. Sure, in WC3 max ion only costed a bit more, but perfect lineup costed around half of this.

I think a terrain damage ability like Plain Fighting costs 2k to go from zero to level 5.

But in fact you're right, as custom skills you will not choose cheap ones. So we can add around 6K and it means that total upgrade of all gens in wc4 costs the same as max ion in wc3. Btw, how many medals can you gen per day from invasions and on which HQ level is it?

There are two wonders which give you additional invasions, three altogether. I think i get eight invasions every 12 hours. Another wonder gives me 50 percent bonus on medals. But there is a lot of variation on how high the reward is for completing invasions. The toughest give you 12 medals (18 with wonder bonus). But you may get one of those in one cycle and three in the next. My HQ is Level 48 right now. If I’m just trying to estimate, I’d say I average three six-medal invasions, three eight-medal invasions and two 12-Medal invasions per 12-hour cycle. I haven’t paid the best attention, to be honest. With the wonder bonus for rewards, that means 99 medals every 12 hours. So maybe 200 a day from invasions, just as a guesstimate. I’ll try to pay better attention the next couple of times they refresh to verify my numbers.

As I said, I’m guesstimating on this stuff because I did my invasions about 10 hours ago and don’t remember the exact numbers.
