Are Your and his techs the same? I am not sure. Techs influence unit's base attack. I upgraded techs since then, of course, and I have increase in damage but percentage increase remains the same. I'll upload some pics   And damage without PL is now 100-110 instead of 95-100 a week ago... Weird. Very weird. OK this is freaking me out now. |

stoic, I assume something wrong with Your experiments on low techs and now. Maybe the conditions are different. I had more or less same results as Leonid Govorov (around 20% increase from PL) at low techs and same as soonerjbd at max (up to 50-80% increase).

Bringing on from what Eastern empire posted on WC3 crit dmg: the formula is Crit damage = base damage mean x (1+ Gen. stars / 4). Must do more testing if it is the same for WC4 as well. |

I hardly believe that the formula is the same because results in WC3 and WC4 are different Wait... Wait... WC3, lets say Guderian has pz leader. 1+5/4=9/4 which is 2.25 times stronger than normal. This is great! But why is it so weak... Oh, it was base dmg. My bad. 30 and 1.25 times of base damage isn't so different. My bad. |
