Stars are better than Guderian's, but skills are trash. Maybe give him Blitzkrieg and Rumor to make him a meat shield?

I think that's the part of the game ET failed at, developing all skills to be useful. It would make the game more fun and less dependent on the same handful of skills. |

If they increased the power of some of the more situational useful skills certain strategies would become viable, increasing both the skill and fun-factor of the game. Right now, especially because all non-Guderian generals are missing at least one valuable skill, the optimal customization is severely limited. All tank generals need AA, PL, and Rumor/explosives, so there really is not an option. |
