Good (if not great) economic booster with acceptable fighting ability (stay in a city, give more resources and air raid, great combination especially in low stars conquest). In that case, Does rumor work with air? |

just got dowding with level 4 medal boosted economic expert, and the level 1 tech expert comes in handy too. Explosives are rather useless as I always place him in capital cities where the most resources can be farmed

If rumor doesn't work with air then Arnold's rumor is senseless? I need to learn more on which skills take effect when. I have questions about skills like rumor, explosives etc, triggering and such. Need a comprehensive analysis/chart.

Need a comprehensive analysis/chart. not really as 1) I like to use arnold as a rumour general where he will follow my main attack generals like guderian to apply rumour to confuse the enemy unit asap 2) when enemy units attack him in a city that he is defending and dishing out air attacks from. However if you place him on a carrier, its gonna be much tougher for him to get rumour onto the enemy. explosives work on percentage increases of damage to stronghold units(cities, city defense units, bunkers, land forts and coastal and missile/defensive rocket artillery), and they dont have medals. Rumour also cannot be enhanced by medals, and have a max 75% trigger at lvl5. |

If they just replaced the Explosives with an actual decent skill like Carpet Bombing or like an artillery skill he would be very useful. Add that with tech expert and eco expert and that would've helped speedrun through the earlier mission for sure quicker. And yes i am back after Arnold's rumour confused me for a few months. Now i am back however xD
