focus more on key generals you are likely to be relying on, i.e. konev, guderian, nimitz, rommel etc. Infantry generals are very useful for speed runs and record attempts for me as well  |

One land general... hmm.... Maybe Leeb? Also, at what extent do you recommend upgrading each of them? A general rule is: "one upgraded general is better than two without upgrades". But,of course, first of all you upgrade PL, AA, Blitzkrieg (especially for a general with a medal boosting it) and Rumor. No sense in upgrading other skills before them. |

I’m slightly confused here. The maximum limit of generals that you can add is in Conquest, which is 8, right?
If yes, then why would I need more than that?

Depending on how you guys are going to answer my question that I posted, perhaps I have just found a new use for Yamashita and Mannerheim. Also, they can be useful on Domination Infantry missions. But since Infantry is not essencial I might put them in the bottom of my list. |

If yes, then why would I need more than that? yes, but: 1) daily tasks (green general slots in domination mode that reward you resources) 2) different generals for various scenarios. e.g. as poland you dont really need navy generals but infantry generals to get the op jungle commando boosts, cuz there is no naval warfare(or not much). and, why not? If you are really price conscious then maybe getting just 10 generals for the time being first is indeed wise |

Sometimes you simply don't need two admirals in conquests. It depends on the country you are playing, but if you are not interested in speed runs, I guess, you can ignore this advice. |

I better not upgrade Manstein, then. He is good enough without upgrades, and he has skills that I won’t want to upgrade,
Trust me, I maxed Tide of Iron and Plain Fighting, there was barely a difference. Armored Assault made a bigger difference, however.
