I’m slightly confused here. The maximum limit of generals that you can add is in Conquest, which is 8, right? If yes, then why would I need more than that? yes, but: 1) daily tasks (green general slots in domination mode that reward you resources) 2) different generals for various scenarios. e.g. as poland you dont really need navy generals but infantry generals to get the op jungle commando boosts, cuz there is no naval warfare(or not much). and, why not? If you are really price conscious then maybe getting just 10 generals for the time being first is indeed wise Hey Bing, I just remembered that Manstein is essentially an extra general and that I can still add the 8 starting generals! Going to include Yamashita. He will be very useful with the commandos, especially the Finnish ones. 😁 |

Nah, I just thought that Manstein didn’t count because he was IAP, but he does. I’m replacing Rokossovsky with him because Erich just seems to be better overall.

Overall, Messe is a nice supporting tank general. Max his Rumor and he will become a beast. Can be outclassed by Timoshenko in that role, however.

He would be able to have Panzer Leader and Blitzkrieg which would make him essentially a slower and slightly less harder-hitting Guderian, IF him being a gold tier wouldn’t allow us to increase his tank and movement stars. Being a gold-tier would also likely mean that he would have a higher rank, at least a lieutenant colonel, preferably a general. This would mean that his price would be higher, however. But if him being a gold tier would mean him being a Guderian 2.0, I wouldn’t mind it at all. Armored Assault + Crowd Tactics + Rumor + Panzer Leader + Blitzkrieg... whoa! |
