I gave it 4/5 due to the fact he is still useful in early Chapter 2 and is pretty good if you use gold to upgrade.

I really didn't like him even at the start of the campaign, he never really did much and his output is pretty bad. I rated him 3/5 just because he's unlocked early on but other than that, he can easily be replaced by MacArthur or someone after a little bit of grinding.

I don’t like any of his skills when looking at them induvidually. And you get Philip Sheridan and Stonewall Jackson pretty soon anyway who make him much less important. Haha |

i mean in wc4 anything can be stopped with a good ol' howitzer spam, but now there's barricades, forts, stables, armor... looks like I need more time to get used to ew.

Yeah units are way more specialized in EW6 than in WC4. Artillery has a 75% damage multiplier to almost everything and cities are way harder to capture than in WC4. Pretty much just artillery and lategame cavalry can really siege at all. |

Pretty much just artillery and lategame cavalry can really siege at all. ye was surprised it took me 6 turns to take a city even with troops all around it. No stacking too ahaha |

hmm but it seems hotzendorf costs the same as McClellan, or should I just struggle with 3 weak free gens and grind my way to hotzendorf cuz it seems medals are pretty hard to earn, from a wc4 point of view
