I think that Max Tactic Master with medal on Cavalry will always grant you second attack after killing a enemy because Victory Rush have 75℅ and Max Tactic Master with the medal got 25℅. I think if I assume directly its a guarantee but if we do precise calculation, I think correct rate of probability will be taken. It doesnt work that way sadly , at least for me. Im using it on Stonewall Jackson and it doesnt always hit second time. But if we get Brandenburg Gate it might work. |

The only moment when I regret having tactics master on cavalry is when Im on a French Guard Cavalry, man I sometimes think that they are rather disguised light cavalry units... |
