Also I see you have purchased rokkosovsky is he any good compared to timoshenko? It wasn't a big problem for me that he has only 3 stars. He has 2 excellent skills for a tank general, and I believe skills will be very important in GoG3 since we can't upgrade them. In my opinion he is definitely better but the real value of generals will be seen only late in the game when our technology tree is upgraded. I am also considering him. His 3 stars in tank skill is only 5 less damage which will likely be negligible late game. Leader and Anti-Armor skills are, on the other hand, scale well with late game tech.

Gents, did you consider Tassigny as 1st allies general? I find itโs skill set extremely useful with no response, attack bonus and blocking counterattack

Truth be told with this thing equipped he is pretty much OP

I find itโs skill set extremely useful with no response, attack bonus and blocking counterattack I personally doubt that we have time and resources for steady improvement of our team. In GCR we could sell our generals for 90 percent of initial cost and I was a real fan of such generals as Pacorus, but now every step has to be very cautious, like on a minefield...

I generally agree that tank gen is priority , but is it possible to โwinโ in the long run with tank gens only ? As well, inf gen can have 4 units, and very useful against inf with Cossacks or Suvalska cav

Almost all tanks have bonus against Infantry and I am really curious how infantry will deal with it late in the game... Yamashita could hit very hard back in WC 4. So, I don't doubt that best infantry generals will be hard hitters as well, but to hit they have to move close, and that is where survivability is of great importance.

Well infantry does have access to some really powerful special forces and a good portion of time are designed to counter tanks such as the Japanese glory mortar infantry and the Irish guards for example and also infantry have special forces to counter practically all unit types except navy like the viking for art all of the special forces in the anti tank category and then some assault troops for inf and anti air troops for air

I completed eastern front today and it is a world ruled by tanks, I should say. I don't know, maybe later campaigns in Pacific will change my opinion but for now I am certain that tanks dominate the battlefield (when used properly, of course).

You don't have time for such structures, you should move quickly from one target to the next...

It is only ever effective in missions where you have to build a static defense And these are extremely rare in ET games. Maybe only one mission out of 10 is a defensive one...
