We're outnumbered here Vatutin Pal I used to be a Vatutin Stand (Stan?) When I finished the game with him. Then I got Monty, and he was significantly better. |

Coming to you NotRandom, Vatutin is the best because - 1. Deals the third highest damage as a tank general after Guderian and Rommel 2. Most highest damage dealer in all of Allied generals 3. Cheaper than Montgomery, Rokossovsky and Patton. 4. Unlocks before Patton, at the same time as Rokossovsky. 5. Best price performer. |

Tbh Vatutin is really great for HTank as long as your KV-6 mobility promoted he will be a great general almost as great as Rommel . For Timoshenko you need to be on snow terrain for him to reach higher damage also Timoshenko has weaker damage against Tank units (which will always appear at 1939/1941/1944) |

Plus even if his high damage is nullified by PL, Vatutin is still greater because of his price. |
