*Cracks Knuckles, strecthes hand and neck* Come on Port ! we have to defend Vatutin again. Coming to you NotRandom , Vatutin is the best because - 1. Deals the third highest damage as a tank general after Guderian and Rommel ? Isn't Vatutin damage higher than Guderian I don't think so. It might be same, but not higher. Maybe on same level as Rommel.

I am no pro, But first and second points can be broken with the panzer leader. 100 damage vs 2 x 60damages is still higher. Regarding 4th point, I am in 1941 Africa in my second run and I did so far using MacArthur and freebies in Allied.(Exchanged Rundstetd and Kesselring for Rommel this time) 5th is Boris😂 But for me, Panzer Leader has never been a decisive skill. It sure deals more damage but it isn't decisive. And yes, Boris is probably the best price performer. Seriously No, that would be Cavallero, my favorite Italian.

Vatutin damage is lower than Guderian and Rommel (provided you put them on the same unit). All 3 have tide of iron, and vatutin has no other damage skills after that. Guderian has Anti-Armour, and Rommel has PL+Desert fighting.

Raedar too isn't bad. A good cheap general for just 300 medals is a good bargain. I wouldn't get him though. He is outclassed by Ozawa and while he is arguably better than Riccardi, he still deals less damage when at full health. Also, kondo is absolute trash because he is worse than both Riccardi and Ozawa. If you need an axis navy, use Ozawa. If Ozawa isn't good enough, you have to get Nagumo/Donitz (Nagumo for when you're broke, Donitz is better otherwise).

Those of you who likes Vatutin should just use Timenshenko instead of wasting like 720 medals. Saying Vatutin is better than Roko is like saying Baggyman is better than Govorov. *Cracks Knuckles, strecthes hand and neck* Come on Port ! we have to defend Vatutin again. Coming to you NotRandom , Vatutin is the best because - 1. Deals the third highest damage as a tank general after Guderian and Rommel 2. Most highest damage dealer in all of Allied generals 3. Cheaper than Montgomery, Rokossovsky and Patton. 4. Unlocks before Patton, at the same time as Rokossovsky. 5. Best price performer. Well then, that is like saying do not waste 815 medals on Rokossovsky, just use Leclerc.

See 1. 3. So what? On PC, you get 105 medals a week through rewards, and I have heard of some players getting 130 a week. That's also like saying cheaper is better. Not true. Some cases, yeah, most cases, no. To expand on this, Mannerheim is cheaper than Yamashita and Rundstedt. He is not the best out of the 3. 4. And? Allied missions are not that hard, I daresay that I could of swapped my Roko purchase at EF '41 for Tassigny or just get another Axis general and would of been just fine. Only problem spot is Pacific '42, but who cares? Tanks are barely seen in useful situation in this campaign. 5. BEST price performer? Meet Chuikov. The only endgame free land general, and the only thing keeping you from blowing almost 800 hard earned medals on Govorov. Good for his price, sure, I'll give you that. 6. Vatutin is slow. This is not a problem on a MT, but HTs are pretty slow, in my experience. 7. There are better alternatives. Rokossovsky is better because he has good damage and is more mobile. Monty has the mobility, some of Roko's damage, and air stars. That's on HT. On an MT, I can see him being better than Patton, and I desperately want this to be true, but Blitzkrieg is simply one of the best skills, and Patton is the only general who gets Blitzkrieg, And even though Patton sucks otherwise, people still like him. 8. Only being in one campaign isn't a big deal for me, but for others, the slots/players might not favor Vatutin, and you will just use the campaign slots on other generals. 9. Only 3*s in health is 15% lower than 4*s, and 15% is a big deal. Note: John Marston wrote the 5 points.

Leclerc does not even compete with Rokossovsky because the only thing he have is a level 1 panzer leader and he doesn't have anti armor. While Timenshenko on the other had have tide of iron and armored assault. Arrmored assault is better than anti-armor which means that tide of iron is the only thing Timenshenko lagging behind Vatutin. Timenshenko have snow fighting instead of desperate, and snow fighting is objectively a better skill. Desperate is useless in almost all instances while snow fighting is a very useful skill during Eastern Front 1941. To top it all off, Timenshenko have higher movement than Vatutin. The only thing Vatutin has to show for it is +11 damage compared to Timenshenko and only +5 on snow, while having 1 less movement star, which is not worth 720 medals. In order for a general to be worth a buy, it either have to completely outclass a free general (like Guderian and Rommel) or be ridiculously cheap that it's worth buying for the small upgrade (like Spruance), and Vatutin is neither of them.

Vatutin, Monty and Roko are all good enough to complete the game (provided you have other gens and you have a decent amount of brain cells). 1. Say hello to Leeb, Govorov, Manstein and Zhukov. Sure, Vatutin can hit more than one time, but if we're counting multiple hits, Monty and Roko edge out Vatutin. 2. See above (Govorov, Zhukov). 3. Price does not matter a lot anymore. You get 100 medals a week which is enough to make up the difference (also Monty is in like 3 theaters). 4. True, but 1941 eastern allies isn't hard and Monty unlocks before him. 5. See 3. Again, I will reiterate, you can get any of the 3 to finish the game so this stupidly long debate isn't actually very important.

I should've been more clear. (b). It's not like Vatutin gets one hit everytime. He gets one extra hit sometimes when he rips off a stack or kills a unit. 3. It still does matter, especially in the endgame. 4. And 1939, for that matter, is the easiest.

Only 3*s in health is 15% lower than 4*s, and 15% is a big deal. Note: John Marston wrote the 5 points. A few things that I would like to say. I agree with 1-5 6. This can be worked around with a promoted KV-6 (5 mobility). If you are really good, the Kv-6 won't die, but sometimes it is still inevitable to lose the special force. So, I kinda agree with this point. 7. I. I would argue that Monty is not much worse. My Monty on a 1-stack-KV-6 (the tank you will most likely be on) has 75-90 attack. Roko would have 70-85. Against tanks, Roko would have ~87-105. So, it comes down to do you want 5 more attack against normal targets or 12-15 more attack against tanks. While 12-15 might look a lot larger than 5, keep in mind that tanks have much higher defense and you get a 30% boost against infantry (your most likely target). In the end, they are about tied but I picked Monty for the 3 theaters+actually useful Mechanist. II. I hate Patton. But there's no better option. If I use not-patton, I take too much damage. If I use patton, I deal not enough damage. I wish Allied Guderian exists but he doesn't (I guess you can use Manstein but I am f2p) 8. Idk what you're trying to prove. Vatutin and Roko are the same role so there shouldn't be any slot conflicts (unless you have both). 9. I agree
