I think this takes the cake for the easiest conquest in the game. I think you could auto it from like turn 9 or so once you’ve unified Kyushu, and the island is full of weaklings with 1-2 cities each.

So special artillery finally exists! That’s the one and only city in the whole game that gets to do that. It spawns Destroyer of Provinces. Not that that counts for much since it’s still too overpriced.

Well I won’t be doing too much of this, but I went and looked at how the conquest played out as Ming. Ming is insanely easy. I mean the Military Merit mechanic basically allows them to spam the broken Liaodong Heavy Cavalry and also gives them infinite money. That unit costs 2150 ban-kin to unlock but it’s 100% worth getting and upgrading. And you start with the strongest general on the entire map and a huge army to steamroll everything. I was autoing by turn 18 or something.
