I leave it on auto these days. My gens are definitely less well-equipped, but with replacements, they beat the boss stage of Shimabara.

 I have developed my gens and units, though not as much as many others here, to be able to win most Expeditions on auto battle I the deployment sequence of weakest to strongest gens. I don't think Kimotsuki can be won by my nearly lvl 10 troops, but ignoring this, you cannot win on auto-battle for the boss fight without exceptionally strong gens. Besides the fact that this is a proto-Demon King Nobunaga wearing his original skin, the AI refused to activate or use the gens provided. Had to step in to take advantage of Nobunaga Oda who was demoralised. (These were my final few gens as well.) |
