How to get him? My team needs a guy to show his face on the rocket vehicles and long blasting pipes. But I want a guy with shiny golden stars in the artillery field. I got know that Konev is the best artillery in the game but how do I get him? My HQ is lvl 25. Konev doesn't show any detail to be eligible to buy. Can I know the cost of him? so I can save medals from now.

Just keep scrolling down until you reach Moscow (I believe it is, if not a russian city) |

(collecting to build a wonder) For this mission, you need to kill Dumitrescu, Leeb, and Manstein while keeping Konev alive. It's possible to do this mission without losing troops but I'm not entirely sure. I suggest supporting Konev no matter where he goes. Ignore Paulus if you can since he's not important. The southern flank is definitely easier than the northern flank. If you're still having trouble, bump that thread up by replying to it and we'll help you further. Good luck! P.S. Today I bought Konev for 1565 medals. Thank you guys for helping me. The last mission was not disastrous. I did it with 8 rocket artillery and 9 howitzers. I used only Guderian (I forgot to use Messe). Did it with the lose of 5 rockets. Only had some Pacific tech. Thank you again guys.

Im looking for a skill for konev also and am thinking about a skill that can also be used if he were to be used in an infantry position. Id like to see more of people's experiences with different skills on him. Could be fun

But its a waste, so a skill that works for both art and inf will be explosives or plain fighting (not machinist). I would recommend plain. |

Id like to see more of people's experiences with different skills on him. Could be fun Give him the crowd tactics + crowd medal, and he'll be a god. He would be very useful on artillery, infantries, and even tanks. With it he can buff the surrounding units by 30 damage. It makes a light infantry hit as hard as a howitzer. With him I've completed infantry invasions with 5 unstacked lightinfantries only. When he's surrounded by 5 allied units, his total party-buff would be 150. That's insane, and it makes my Konev the 2nd most useful general of all, second to Guderian only. A must have skill on Konev, especially for the end game where you have to keep your forces together rather than dispersing it. |

Thats my final selling point haha Yeah, but Arnold is almost always in a city, while Konev always advances with other generals. Artilleries are never left alone, they're always accompanied with other generals and units. That's why I think it's much better to give him crowd tactics, besides there's no harm in having crowd tactics on 2 generals, it's a great skill after all. Tbh, when my Konev dies it almost feels like my main forces has been doomed, because even light infantries can be such a pain to the enemy when being put beside him. |

And... Leeb also has plain fighting, so giving Konev plain fighting would make him another Leeb with extra 1 artillery star and 1 less movement (since accuracy and arty leader doesn't buff arty star, there would only be a 6 damage gap between them, very small). In the end game having 2 crowd tactics (on Arnold and Konev) is much better than having 2 plain fightings (on Leeb and Konev) because you tend to keep your generals together but often need to divide your forces into 2 groups. Again, this is only my personal opinion and experience, the choice is up to your play style.
