In the later campaigns, at Maxed skills. This guy output is higher than Foch when both are maxed out despite Foch equipping with a artillery quadrant

He was my first general bought for medals and now, when I have both him and Hotzendorf I rate him higher as well... All three golden artillery generals seem very good, as I am very pleased with Hindenburg and Leopold seems very good as well. Artillery is far more important in EW 1914 than it was in 1806. Tactic Master is working exceptionally well. I decided to use Ivanov, Hotzendorf and Vazov, because the last one has some interesting skills as well. |

I’m buying Ivanov over Hindenburg for that challenge where you can’t deploy generals who have a title higher than Count.
