Only free artillery you get. Explosives pretty much doesn’t exist as a skill, Artillery Master is arguably the worst damage skill in the game, and inspiration I also don’t think very highly of.
Pretty much the reason why you get Hotzendorf ASAP.

Only free artillery you get. Explosives pretty much doesn’t exist as a skill, Artillery Master is arguably the worst damage skill in the game, and inspiration I also don’t think very highly of. Pretty much the reason why you get Hotzendorf ASAP. and if im not wrong you get hotzendorf way before this guy? by a difference of 2 whole campaigns |

No you have to buy him I think
Tbh out of the whole artillery gens
Only hortz ,the three orange gen and the green gen(for me) are good😭 the rest is quite trash

2 good skills, One being top-tier, the other being just good. His last one is trash in the beginning, which is when you will be using him. He's free, so use him as a second Arty until you get a better one.
