(Lev 5) (Pretty bad to me) didnt test yet, i just saved before change skill and put it in order to see the scaling. Could have be a decent skill for support against strong enemy generals, but stats is too low

Best starting artillery general in the game. Best artillery general until Hotzendorf. Very good. 4/5 I have been trying out suppress for awhile now on Beatty, its quite useful on high defense units due to the percentage effect

Seems a really good deal to me. Him Krasnik and Macarthur are must buy cheap generals

The artillery general you get sucks though. Same with grant. Cavarly you are good for a relatively long time.
