Not a bad artillery general. He's a good 2nd artillery filler and a good companion for the godly Hotzendorf until you can get someone better. He doesn't require that much upgrading as his most important skill is already near maxed and he can be purchased pretty cheaply with gold. 4/5

cklim, you can also replace Artillery Master with Artillery Commander which will give him another boost.

A cool guy to have around. Might test him on Civil War soon. Not that great anymore imo. Vazov is way better. Pour some coins into Henry Horne and he is him with salvo. Only reason anyone would want meade is for history mode. Too bad he sucks starting out. |
