All Generals - Prices and Ratings

After downloading the August update and realising no generals were added nor price or statistics for the current ones changed, I think its now the moment to make this updated thread. Its similar to the stickied one, but this will also clearly show the ratings and discussion that they brought with them and their price without having to open each link, which IMO is a good improvement.

Before posting the list, I'm still quite surprised some only have a single vote, and as I promised a couple of weeks ago, I was going to rate every-single one, thus making that unique vote mine, I felt important when rating those ones hehe.

Why these numbers and not others?

Well, price is very important, one of the most, along the next one. 
Rating given by the users. Well, that proves if the medals are worth the buy or not. As for colors, I made it simple: <3 takes red, 3.0-3.9 take yellow, 4.0-4.3 take green, 4.4-4.7 take light blue, and 4.8-5 take pink.
Amount of votes? Well, 2 votes are not going to be as reliable as having 12, so
