To be honest, I am not so impressed with such British classics as Hart or Fuller. Both are interesting analysts but somewhat questionable personalities. Hart was a supporter of Mosley and Fuller built his theories on some dubious occult conceptions. No wonder that their arguments were not especially popular in Britain between the wars. Their conclusions were right, but methodology questionable, to say the least
