Raw dmg seems great right? Messe offers 4* in tank & 3* in inf for far less, Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb offers 5* in arty for ~1200 medals. Mechanist seems nice, but your arty shouldn't even be taking enough dmg to even NEED it. Street fighting - What are the chances of being besieged in a city? Shouldn't your gen be advancing? |

Machinist is not good for artillery. For tanks, yes. He is a cheap graziani honestly. Give him rumor and he’ll be a nice supporting general on tank or artillery. But you can live without him. |
