Otherwise a meh general. as japan blamey has to go into water to reach you, so just blast him to pieces there or use fighters to lower his hp(howitzers have the same, if not lower hp than stacked infantry units) |

Should be silver-tier in my opinion. He has better skills than Alexander.
If Artillery Barrage was replaced with Accuracy, and if he was silver-tier to add Rumor, he and Rommel would be the Dynamic Duo of Africa.

Yep. Makes playing as Italy, UK, Egypt, Brazil, France or Spain even easier since all of them either have colonies in Africa or are well-suited to invade the continent.
