I've never forgotten this guy. His skill distribution always echoes "Navy-Tank" general hybrid in the remnants in my head.
Proves himself a decent mid-tier general since WC3, and sadly, out-powered by many other generals price-wise and strength wise.

Meaning that if Bradley is bought, you'd have paid for raw power without useful skills except for Accuracy & whatever you want for the skill slot.
Other gens simply just outdo him, making him obsolete & not worth much.
Edit: Gave him a 3* rank ONLY for his raw firepower.
Bad combination of skills, poor medal cost : overall performance ratio, overshadowed by better gens & being a less flexible hybrid all contributed to his low rating.

I used myself once for tank/navy/artillery combination. I try to have all my generals be a hybrid of 2 skills. 3, if better.

In his defense, he could be a decent artillery general. Cuz mountain fighting + camoflauge + precision + artillery leader/rumor can make him a decent general. But Leeb and Konev would simply be better in that aspect.

Can be a decent artillery general with his maxed skills + Rumor/Artillery Leader. However, Leeb and Konev are better than him at being an artillery general, and both are about 1000 medals cheaper. Even Konev with his full price is only 300 medals more expensive than him. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
